As an Office Administrator, you’ll ensure the day-to-day running of the office is smooth, efficient and professional, supporting both staff and visitors and helping maintain the standards expected in a secure, high-performing environment.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same, and where attention to detail and organisation make a real difference.
What you’ll be working on
You’ll provide front-of-house and administrative support to the Little Paxton office, ensuring everything runs effectively behind the scenes.
You’ll:
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing a professional front-of-house experience
- Manage meeting rooms, bookings and hospitality arrangements
- Support the maintenance of office diaries, room allocations and staff availability
- Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery and general housekeeping
- Assist with travel arrangements for staff where required
- Support the management of the company vehicle fleet (servicing, logs and upkeep)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Assist with arranging internal events, meetings and corporate functions
- Support the preparation and printing of bid, project and training documentation
- Assist with administrative processes including document registers and basic finance tasks
- Maintain a tidy, organised and professional office environment
You’ll also support the wider administration team with general tasks as required.
Location
This role is based full-time at our Little Paxton office (Enterprise House, PE19 6BN).
This is an on-site role, as you’ll be supporting the day-to-day running of the office and acting as a key point of contact for staff and visitors.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A professional approach when working with staff and visitors
- Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
- Basic IT skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Full UK driving licence
