Are you a UI/UX designer looking for a hands-on role working on exciting projects? Are you proficient in the use of Figma, Adobe Suite or similar tools? Are you someone who has excellent communication skill and enjoys working closely with customers and their users to capture user needs? Do you love problem solving and thinking outside of the box? Whether you’re early in your career or a recent design/graphics graduate, this is your chance to turn designs into real, meaningful experiences. Our team will provide expert coaching and mentoring. We’re looking for someone curious, creative and with a keen eye for detail to join our highly experienced team who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and nurturing new talent to the industry.
Your day to day
You will contribute to the design and development of software products and projects which will be varied but are likely to include design of applications and data management systems in defence. The successful candidate will be required to hold security clearance to at least SC level.

- Experience in conducting user research to uncover user needs and identify requirements
- Analysing user needs and behaviours
- Developing ideas and transforming requirements into responsive wireframes, mock-ups and designs that are clear and intuitive
- Collaborating with developers and stakeholders
- Testing and iterating designs based on feedback

- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain and demonstrate your thinking clearly

- You must be eligible to work and live in the UK
- Please note you must be willing to undergo and maintain appropriate UK government SC-Level security clearance
