Become the newest junior member of our Electronic Warfare Operations Support Group (EWOS) which is made up of 60+ electronic warfare specialists. From all manner of backgrounds, our engineers, scientists, and ex-military personnel combine their experience to help our customers achieve the true operational potential and help keep their people and platforms safe.

We are continuing to grow our team, led by our Principal RF Test Engineer, at our state-of-the-art test and evaluation facility at our head office in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. This role will give you the opportunity to develop models/code, integrate, and test a variety of EW capability across the electromagnetic spectrum. Additionally, this role will give exposure to a range of stakeholders, where you will present demonstrations of large scale scenarios consisting of your own work as well as the wider development teams.
An opportunity to use your existing STEM degree to be involved in the development and planning of trials and synthetic testing activities, recording data and real-time analysis activities.
How you’ll support us
Essentials
- Hands on experience in a laboratory environment.
- Coding Experience (e.g. MATLAB, Python, or LabView)
- STEM Degree or extensive experience with RF Electronics.
Desirable
- Knowledge of network architecture.
- Understanding of Electronic Warfare and Radar Systems.
- Knowledge of analogue or digital RF circuits.
- Experience completing Verification & Validation activities.
- Experience using or creating automation scripts.
- Awareness of simulation and rendering engines (e.g. Unreal, Unity etc.)
