Business Analyst – Corsham, Wiltshire (SN13 Onsite working)

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual who enjoys a challenge and wants to develop within the Business Analysis world. You will be working with a variety of teams and backgrounds to develop requirements, supporting the Senior Business Analyst with tasks in wider projects. You will have some experience in Business Analysis, have strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills.

How your experience will be utilised
- To analyse system, change requests and determine their validity and content
- Ensure high quality requirements are developed
- Ensure best practice is followed where appropriate
- Work with Stakeholders, SME's, Developers, and Testers to help provide input to work programmes and testing
- Review existing processes and systems to help drive improvements and efficiencies
- Support the Senior Business Analyst in wider projects
The invaluable experience you’ll bring, to help us achieve more
- Minimum of one years’ experience in Business Analysis
- A commitment to deliver high-quality requirements and processes
- The ability to create documentation, which is clear, unambiguous and detailed
- A commitment to keep learning and developing within Business Analysis
- High standard of written, verbal and presentational communication skills
- Ability to help drive improvement and strive to always do better
It would be great if you have a natural enjoyment of problem solving, getting stuck into a challenge and a curiosity of how components fit into a bigger picture view. Also have a drive to learn, seek out answers on your own as well as utilising team members knowledge around you.

- You must be a sole UK National
- Due to the highly secure nature of the projects, you’ll be working on, you must be willing to undergo and maintain appropriate UK government DV security clearance
