MASS is an Electronic Warfare Operational support (EWOS), cyber security, digital forensics and support to military operations business.

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong relationships with strategic customers and the coordination of multiple resources to deliver bespoke, high quality solutions to complex customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a pan-Integrated Warfare Support Team (IWST) Project Management (PM) function in support of the Head of the Northwood Team and IWST PM to ensure effective delivery of required exercise support.
- Deployed ‘on the ground’ management and support of specified exercises and events.
- Support exercise planning as agreed through the IWST PM and with the relevant Integrated Warfare Centre (IWC) Exercise Planning Team Leader.
- Develop resourcing plan with the IWST PM.
- Take appropriate action to meet exercise budgets in consultation with the IWST PM and IWC exercise staff.
- Flexible day-to-day response to meet customer’s capability requirements.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities for business development.
- Representing TSG and MASS at industry events and trade shows to grow existing and create new business leads and contacts. May include overseas travel.
Mandatory Skill Requirements
- Project Management Qualification (e.g. PRINCE 2 Practitioner, APMP, etc).
- Military service and staff experience (preferably Joint as opposed to single Service) at WO1/SO2 level or above.
- Experience of Joint Operational Level exercises (or military exercise delivery at a similar scale).
- Project Management experience.
- Risk management experience.
- Strong communication including written, oral and presentational.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
- Proven leadership and line management skills.
- Strong customer/stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Extremely well organised and with the ability to effectively prioritise tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Due to the highly secure nature of the projects that you will be involved with, you must be:
- A UK National and eligible to work in the UK.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a UK Government DV-level security clearance
