Job Description

IT Service Desk Leader to manage a dedicated team on a customer site in the Lincoln area.

This role will be responsible for leading the team’s day to day tasking to achieve the plan agreed between the Project Manager and the Customer.

As well as leading the team, this role will also take part in that delivery in a Level 2/3 system administrator role. The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, be a strong team player and have excellent communications skills.
